Steam generator SOL-Steam WELLNESS – the perfect choice for private and commercial steam baths.

The SOL-Steam WELLNESS steam generator is somewhat quieter than the PLUS unit in terms of switching noise and has a weekly program as well as integrated software option for controlling 2 fragrance pumps. Especially in the commercial sector, this steam generator is used.

But you can get from us not only the devices – also the complete steam cabin (SPA modules , or also with assembly of the complete cabin) you can purchase from us. We are a steam bath manufacturer for many years and have been exclusively producing steam baths in any shape you need.

The steam generator SOL-Steam WELLNESS is a development of many years of experience in the field of electronic control technology: ease of use, control precision, reliable electronics, sophisticated, complete control software and high performance.

The new bandwidth offers:

greater ease of use: large and intuitive control panel with wide, graphic LCD display and detailed diagnostic messages;
higher reliability: steam cylinders with exclusive connectors that no longer require tools; all humidifiers are equipped with a blowdown pump;
better performance: the humidifier starts faster and supports a wider range of allowable feedwater conductivity values; the control software automatically adapts to the feedwater characteristics for simplified installation and optimized operating time without the need for maintenance;
all new models are equipped with Modbus® communication protocol.

The wide range of SOL-Steam immersed electrode humidifiers includes models from 1.5 to 130 kg/h capacity.

The SOL-Steam-WELLNESS model meets the typical requirements of a steam bath application. With this, the software manages:

Daily and weekly operating programs;
different, program-dependent temperature setpoints;
up to 3 actuators for fragrance management and 1 for the disinfection cycle;
up to 2 fans and the cabin interior lighting.

The display button control unit can be installed externally to the humidifier and facilitates installation in OEM systems via a remote connection.
The steam unit uses normal tap water and completely automatically manages the water concentration and thus the foam management for maximum safety conditions in the steam bath.

Scope of delivery

The steam generator SOL-Steam WELLNESS includes a required connection set with ~0.5m steam hose and connecting elements and the sensor with 6m cable length!

Connecting pipes (water inlet, water outlet and steam pipe) as well as the steam nozzle (as there are different ones) are not included

1.Install a manual valve (for interrupting the feed water supply) above the unit.
Connect the steam generator to the feed water line. In the SOL-Steam PLUS-05 SOL-Steam PLUS-18 models, use a hose with 3/4″ G connections (see also the operating instructions for the unit).
3.install a mechanical filter to retain any solid impurities (to be installed below the faucet).
4.Connect an electrically non-conductive blowdown connector (heat resistant up to 100 °C (212 °F) and with 40 mm (1.6 inch) minimum inside diameter).
5.insert a funnel for the interruption of the blowdown line.
6.Connect a siphon to prevent odors (40 mm (1.6 inch) minimum inside diameter).
