As a steam bath manufacturer, we produce small shower cabins to larger steam baths – with our SPA modules you have versatile possibilities. Some of the seat shapes can be combined in any way, resulting in exciting shapes and steam baths again and again – according to your requirements!
However, the modules or molded parts can not only be used in the steam bath or steam shower, but are also ideal for use in drywall construction. Whether wellness area, living room or bathroom, curved, organic shapes are always eye-catching.
For do-it-yourselfers who want to build a steam bath themselves, we offer here quality items that we ourselves use in the construction of our steam cabins.you can assemble your steam bath individually or let us prefabricate. Whether steam bath seats, steam bath couches, or wellness couches with infrared heat (free-standing in the room). You are also welcome to send us YOUR desired shape, as a steam bath manufacturer we make to measure!
In the BASIC-PRO selection, we pre-produce the SPA modules you require in our factory.
The EPS modules are pre-netted (coated), dried and in the next step – depending on the application – provided with a special heating mat (300W/m2).
In this way, the entire steam room, which you then install as a pre-produced “kit” either yourself or with your tiler or skilled craftsman.
However, a planning service from us is highly recommended here (for a fee) so that your professionals know which sanitary and electrical preliminary work or installations have to be made.
As the name suggests, the steam room is prefabricated in our plant (see BASIC PRO: EPS modules are prewetted, dried and in the next step – depending on the application – equipped with a special heating mat). After the drying times, the pre-produced cabin can be assembled at your site on an agreed delivery and assembly date.
The prerequisites for installation, such as electrical and sanitary pre-installations, must already be completed on site. After the unfinished booth is installed and the drying time has elapsed, your tiler can seal and tile the booth. Steam bath assembly takes about 2-3days, depending on the size and complexity of the steam room. Due to the pre-production of the steam room in our plant, the steam room assembly on site at your location goes in this short time.
If you are a skilled craftsman then this is quite a common practice as well – however, this would be our finishing step BASIC (buy only the raw parts and steam bath technology) or BASIC PRO (get the steam bath parts you want pre-produced.
